Every idea starts with a word, or a sketch, or a post-it.
But UX design is much more. What it’s not: It’s not visual design. The term design is not about painting colorful buttons but about the process of defining a product from head to toe based on user needs. So we ideate to find the right solution, we use methods such as design thinking, we create personas and user-journeys, we work closely with researchers, and (yes we can do that) we create User-Interfaces (UI) which are basically user centric visual designs without the visual design. Oh my.
